Sustainable packaging and waste reduction
One of our key achievements in sustainable management is combining cooking, packaging and delivery in the same package.
By using this system, we significantly reduce the amount of waste that typically occurs with traditional cooking and packaging. As well as our packaging being recyclable and BPA-free, the whole process is carried out with minimal impact on the environment, with the packaging in which food is prepared and delivered contributing to sustainable resource management.
Reducing bio-waste through portion optimization
Through the use of precisely portioned packaging, Master Catering effectively minimizes biowaste, addressing a significant environmental challenge on a global scale.
In traditional industrial cooking, it is often difficult to predict the exact amount of food, especially when it comes to large volumes for multiple people. This leads to significant amounts of unused food.
Our approach eliminates the need for restocking as each portion is precisely packed, and new portions can be added within minutes instead of hours if needed.
As a result, Master Catering maintains minimal food waste at just 2-3%, significantly outperforming the global average loss rate of 10-12% for ready-to-eat meals.
